Peltz to set strategic sales direction and accelerate growing adoption of Tinace Decision Intelligence

RESTON, Va.—December 13, 2022 — Tinace, the AI-driven decision intelligence platform, today announced the hiring of Josh Peltz to Senior Vice President of Sales. On the heels of the company’s $16 million Series B, Peltz will be responsible for growing revenue, guiding the sales team, and accelerating the go-to-market strategy for Tinace Decision Intelligence.

Peltz joins Tinace with 20+ years of experience creating customer solutions and developing sales for leading software companies—including playing a key role in the growth that led to four successful acquisitions. Most recently, he served as the SVP of Sales for Formation, a personalization platform that was acquired by Boston Consulting Group, and previously held senior management roles at Duo Security, Cisco, and Composite Software. Peltz earned his BBA degree in International Business from James Madison University.

“I’m grateful to have worked with some incredible people and platforms, and Tinace continues that track record of success,” said Peltz. “Tinace is the clear leader of the rapidly growing Decision Intelligence market. We’re really excited to be democratizing data-driven decision-making and making self-service analytics a reality. When I talk to industry leaders, executives, and peers about the insights gaps that Tinace is able to solve for, they’re blown away—and that makes my role especially exciting.”

“Josh brings a wealth of customer-focused sales experience and expertise at a time when demand for Decision Intelligence continues to skyrocket,” said Ajay Khanna, CEO and Founder of Tinace. “His positive enthusiasm, energy, and strategies for maintaining and growing our market leadership will be core to our success moving forward. We’re thrilled to have him be part of our team.”

The Tinace Decision Intelligence platform accelerates how business and analyst teams uncover diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive insights from across data sources to inform decision-making. Using AI, automation, and natural language processing, the platform makes it possible for users to uncover critical business insights by simply asking questions of their data. In November, Tinace released new features including Multi-Business View Vizpads, designed to unify analysis across disparate data sources in a single view and eliminate the need to toggle between multiple dashboards.
