Filters in Help Tinace Learn

Starting in 3.9, the filter experience in Help Tinace Learn has been improved by adding support for new filter operators. On a dimension column, users can set =, !=, In, Not In, Contains filters, and on a measure column, <, <=, >, >=, = filters can be set.

Let's take a look at a couple of examples:

  1. Go to the Search page, enter a question and get a result
  1. On the lower-right corner of the page, click Help Us Learn.

The Help Us Learn page appears with the question highlighting different phrases.

To apply a filter operator to a dimension or date column in your query:

  1. Under the User definition section, click the + icon next to a dimension or date column.
  2. Click Add Filter.
  1. From the Select operator drop-down list, select the filter operator that you would like to apply for your filter condition.

To apply a filter operator to a measure in your query: 

  1. Under the User definition section, click the + icon next to a measure.
  2. Click Add Filter.

  1. From the Select operator drop-down list, select the filter operator that you would like to apply for your filter condition.
